Choreographer/Dancer
Carmen Norfleet
Our choreographer, Carmen, has done a fantastic job coming up with original dances for our tribute performance. Her influence has molded the band's overall experience. Her energy is unmatched, and her personality is exceptional.
In addition to performing with the band, she operates Carmen's Cocktails and Creations LLC and works as a dance instructor. This authorized bartending business offers services for graduations, family reunions, and other events.

Kelse Matthews
Kelse exudes such an aura. She has worked really hard to ensure that she is bringing the experience to the stage, and she bring such enthusiasm that is unmatched. We are grateful for Kelse's' commitment to this band and we are looking forward to watching her elevate even further.
With a master's degree in educational psychology, Kelse Matthews is a certified personal trainer by the ISSA, the owner of RESI.fit, and she is driven to empower people to take charge of their mental health by exercising. She works as a social media marketer, user-generated content creator, and brand consultant under the company Resilient Visuals.

Drummer
Kyla Williams
Kyla Williams is a superb percussionist and awesome vocalist. Her demeanor is unique, making her a fan favorite. "Drumma Queen" as she is often called, exudes fire unlike anyone else.
We have a true gem in Kyla, who is adding such a polished tone to the Tina Turner Tribute band.
In her spare time, Kyla runs a cleaning business named Queens Cleaning Services and offers drum lessons of all ages.

Vocalist
La-Shon Robinson
La-Shon Robinson, a native of Grenada, Mississippi, has spent her entire life performing and singing. In the early 2000s, she moved to Memphis, Tennessee, where she carried on with her musical career. She has performed and recorded with Memphis native Kevin Davidson and The Voices, Down 2 Five, and Pulse - A Tribute to Pink Floyd band for the past 15 years in addition to being a member of her family's acapella group, The Goins Singers.

Tamia, Bonnie Raitt, Queen, The Beatles, Shinedown, and all in between are some of her musical inspirations. Elevation Memphis began because of her passion for music.

Lashon had always seen herself fronting her own band in the future. As one of the founding members of both Elevation Memphis and the Tina Turner Tribute, she is eager for her musical endeavors to be fruitful.

Vocalist
Melanie Pierce
As a relatively new singer to the Memphis scene, Melanie is having a blast in the Memphis music scene. We adore her Tina Turner impersonation, as she helped form the tribute band dedicated to Tina. She gives this band a very sophisticated, almost lifelike vibe that makes you feel like you're witnessing Tina perform live. We can tell she is having a great time because of her lively nature.
She appreciates her friends' and family's support and loves to compose songs. Being a songwriter and touring the world with music are her dreams.

Melanie loves singing Tina Turner songs and holds her in high regard. She also enjoys witnessing the band's growth at each performance.
